What types of clean-out services do you offer?
- We specialize in whole home estate cleanouts, from foreclosures, hoarding, and estates in probate.
- Our service also covers handling the remaining items following the downsizing of a home or a move.
Do you provide a free estimate?
We offer free onsite estimates with transparent pricing based on volume and material.
How do you determine pricing?
Our up-front pricing is largely determined by the volume or square cubic yards that need to be removed from the premises. Our quotes are transparent and free of hidden fees and are inclusive of any labor, removal and recycling charges.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! Final price will be determined before labor begins.
How long will the clean-out take?
Time frame is largely determined by scope of work and attention to detail. Some modifying elements would include:
- The need to set aside items being retained.
- If consignment options are being considered.
- Special requests for donation.
Are you insured and licensed?
We are registered through the state of Michigan and are fully insured.
What happens to the items you remove?
We pride ourselves on finding new life for as much out of your estate as possible through donation with our local partners
Do you have any experience with hoarding cleanouts?
We certainly do. At New Frontiers we understand that this type of cleanout can be an incredibly difficult and sensitive experience. We are committed to treating everyone involved with respect, compassion, and without judgment.
How do you handle hazardous materials?
Hazardous materials, like chemicals, paint, mattresses, tires, and appliances are handled according to local regulations. We exhibit pass though surcharges for items that may be more costly for us to dispose of. These extra fees are passed on to the customer should they arise and will be disclosed on walk-through.
Do I need to be present during the clean-out?
At New Frontiers our core values are integrity and trust, and you can count on us to respect your estate whether you decide to be onsite during the process or leave it solely in our hands.
Do you provide dumpsters for large cleanouts?
We operate with local dumpster and container companies to handle most of what needs to be hauled away.
What areas do you serve?
We happily serve the greater Macomb and Oakland counties, along with southern Lapeer and St. Clair Counties.
Do you offer same-day or emergency cleanout services?
Same day cleanouts are subjective to scope of work and availability of container drop. Extra fees may apply.
Are there any items you won’t take?
Our goal is to not leave anything on site by the end of our process.
Can you clean out storage units or commercial properties?
Absolutely! We handle clean-outs for both storage units and commercial properties with the same level of care and professionalism as residential jobs.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations fees will only apply if we've secured a container to aid in the cleanout process and in turn have to pass those cancellation fees on to you.
Do you offer any special services, like deep cleaning?
Services such as deep cleaning, light demolition, and appliance removal can be discussed during your walkthrough.
Are you available for recurring clean-out services?
Yes, we do offer recurring clean-out services! Whether you need regular maintenance or ongoing clean-outs for a long-term project, we’re happy to create a schedule that works for you. Our team is dedicated to providing consistent, reliable service tailored to your needs.
